Returns & Shipping

All Paints, Primers and Sealers/Topcoats are not eligible for return.  Sample sizes (250 ml) of products along with our Color Card are available for purchase to assist with color selection.  If you are having trouble deciding on a color we strongly urge you to prepare sample boards prior to project.  

For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Transaction may be subject to a restocking fee.  Return request and receipt of item must be made within 30 days of sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 



Although we do our very best to prevent damage, it can occur during shipment.  If you receive damaged cans with spoilage of paint, we will arrange a replacement.  For filing a claim with the courier, we need a clear picture of the damage in the box and pictures of the outside of the outer shipping box from ALL SIDES  and pictures of any undamaged boxes that were part of your transaction, and a contact number that you can be reached by the Courier Company within 24 hours upon receipt.
